ウィークリー日本語

Have y'all been practicing your Hiragana? It's been awhile sense I've posted it so you should have it down by now~ xD Well! To start out! I'm going to go over the Hiragana that can be used as particles, etc. は、か、が、へ、に、の、な、を、で、と。 Today will be the simplest. "は". は can be pronounced as "は" or "わ". In words it is pronounced as "は" however, as a particle it is pronounced as "わ". は is somewhat similar to the English particle "is". As an example I'll use it in a simple sentence. First in Kanji: 私は連です。 Second in Hiragana: わたしはれんです。 Third in English: I am Ren.

ウィークリー日本語

Well~ I'm bored and have a tiny bit of knowledge so~ I'll do some weekly Japanese for those of you who wish to learn. To start off I'll post a hiragana chart. Hiragana is the most basic way of writing/spelling in the Japanese language. There is, however, a simpler form for English speakers called romaji (romanized text). I refuse to teach romaji, though. It is an evil, evil thing in my opinion. xD; So you will just have to quickly memorize the sounds. Now! If you have a smart phone (iPhone, android, blackberry, etc.) I recommend you download the free (or if you want more in depth lessons-$9.99) app.,  "Human Japanese". It has the romaji that I will not teach & the sounds which I am too lazy to share. Anyways! Here's your first lesson(image from wikipedia):
