Daily Manga

Because traps/cross-dressers are in lately. (& I have no problem with that.) As much as I’d love to kick off the “genre” with a BL or trap manga, I think I’ll try easing people into it (in hopes of recruiting followers to the interest, hurhur.) So, that being said, this is a great cross-dressing themed shoujo manga. Good art (shoujo style of course) with some interesting characters & some funny situations. (Even the side character related oneshots are good.) If you’d like to read something “relatively/barely” serious that will make you laugh, this is a good one. I think everyone should be able to enjoy it (& I hope you do).

Today's manga, Heartbroken Chocolatier, by the great Mizushiro Setona-sensei is an interesting one. It's classified shoujo but seems more josei/seinen to me. Who knows/cares. Beautiful art and a great story. All about unrequited love, chocolate, & human relations. Only a few chapters have been scanned thus far, so you might not get that explanation for awhile, but eventually. (I'm trying not give anything away.) It's currently ongoing so I can't say too much, but thus far; I love it. It's put together perfectly. It's so balanced while handling things people usually consider taboo & things people usually over dramatize that I can only call it a masterpiece. No wonder it's been nominated for the 4th manga Taisho awards. At any rate. If you read it, I hope you'll enjoy it.

I had actually been avoiding this one for years because when I read it in middle school, I wasn't very into it. But I figured I had to give it another chance & started rereading it a few months back. That was one of the best choices I've ever made, lol. It's ana amazing story. Long, very entertaining, & extremely well written/illustrated. It's comical yet serious with great art. The name fits it perfectly. So, if you've yet to read this one; I definately recommend it. It's probably in my top 10.

Well. It seems like in the short while my internet was refusing to work, Blogger has gone a bit crazy. Apparently polls can now attract a ridiculous amount of hits. My Stats are now screwed. But anyways. Getting to the main subject! Today's manga is actually a shoujo (which actually seems more like a seinen to me) manga by none other than Est Em! It's hilarious and amazing; a must read! Today's manga is a one I've recently chanced upon (sense I love stalk Kotonoha) and have instantly fallen in love with. This is another that although classified as shoujo would seem more appropriately classified as seinen to me. Aside from that; the art is great and the story is another amazing one. Sorry for posting this so late. I've been too busy lately. I can't even spend Christmas with Suzuya thanks to my mum sleeping right next to me on the couch...fail xmas, orz. But onto the main subject. Today I'll be sharing a nice, clean, sweet manhwa. It says the genre is shoujo, but it seems more josei to me, lol. I like this series for a lot of reasons. I'm 19, I'm a bit screwy but simple, I love cats, the art is amazing, and the story is wonderfully refreshing, lol. Enough with my praising. Enjoy!

So today I'm recommending some shoujo (and I might recommend some more soon.) It's a bit dark and twisted in a beautifully desperate way. But it turns out to be very sweet. (The crazy in me loved this.) The art is great and the story is very good. It's about four volumes long (I think it's complete?) and really worth a read. Hope you enjoy it.

Sorry for not posting these past few days. You all know I'm a lazy ass though. But I have been following the dispute between China and Japan for the Senkaku Islands (although we all know it is legally Japan's and China is just being an ass). The rumors of what actually happened in the islands between the two countries is quite stirring. I'm actually excited for something to happen, lol. At any rate! today's manga is, yet again, a recent release. It's one I'm very attracted to though. The art is good but the genre is my favorite; Heian Japan! A sexy, "crazy" ex-prince, and a crazy good, slightly traumatized onmyouji who lost all his powers. Have fun with it!

Crazy two days. Rain, The Social Network, Kittens, and drama...I need to sleep. But before I do that, I shall post some manga! So today's manga recommendation is actually of one yet to be released. You wont be able to find it unless you live in Japan, order it online, happen to have eMule (& it happens to be there), or you happen to have my genius search engine powers. This manga is based on a classic, "Le vicomte de Valmont: Les liaisons dangeruses". The movie's pretty good and can be watched for free on youtube or downloaded for free online. Finally getting back into it. Hohon. My sleep schedule was way off. I'll be hitting you with an odd, but interesting, slightly screwed up oneshot today! It's actually manhua, & the art is reminiscent of an early (90's) Kaori Yuki work. The story is pretty good though. Entertaining. Enjoy it.

Today's is a new one. There's only one chapter out so far but it looks damn awesome. It may be shoujo but when reading it I'd have never guessed. It's set in Germany during it's golden age. It's an alternate history about a beautiful male assassin trying to kill the fuhrer. The art great and the story looks very promising. Enjoy.

Holy hell, my internet is working properly again! (sobs of joy). Anyways~ Today's manga is another shoujo (I'm running out of good stuff it seems). I liked the first story in the volume but~ The others weren't as good in my opinion. The first story is set in the Taisho era w/ a rich & rather miserable Oujo-sama who lost her parents and is being forced to marry some jerk that she hates. There's also a vampire. =B & a rather sad/disappointing ending. xD; The stories following are about ghosts. Great art & rather amusing oneshots. Enjoy.
