Daily Manga

Today's manga is one I find to be very interesting. The subject matter is very interesting in and of itself but the way the mangaka wrote and illustrated this story just makes it that much better. When I picked this up the first time I didn't even check to see who the mangaka was but to my pleasant surprise it was Mihara-sensei (some of you will know her from Gothic Lolita Bible.) At any rate. This story gives you a good view of the life of an embalmer in Japan. I'm mainly sharing it because my mom enjoys having me watch The Bachelor with her and this last season there was a female embalmer who was eliminated mainly because of her profession. So. Hopefully this will help others to view embalmers differently. Hope you enjoy.

Today's manga is a great one. It's a "new" series by the great Takayama Shinobu, the mangaka of Amatsuki. This, as that, deals with yokai (in a somewhat different manner). The art is amazing and the main character entertaining. Hope you like it.

Sorry for the late post. I've been caught up watching James Bond movies. xD; Anyways! Today's is a josei manga. I love it for the topic of it is so much different from your average manga. so what is it? The game Karuta! Hyakunin Isshu! The art is also really great. It's a fun story & it's won the 2nd manga Taisho award. I've also included the raws of volumes 1-9 out of 10 ongoing volumes below (but if you do download them please buy the manga, especially if you like it, to support the mangaka. They need the money. Daily Manga

So today's manga is a new release and one of my absolute favorite mangas. I found it one day in Kinokuniya when I was caught by an image of one of my favorite creatures, a jellyfish, on the cover of "Kiss" magazine. I ended up buying the thing and getting myself addicted to this and one other story in the magazine. The art is great and the story is just hilarious. The name translates to "Jellyfish Princess". You can see why I grabbed it, na? xD Well! Hope you all enjoy it!

Today I'm sharing two BL's. The second is really just the sequel to the first but, hey. They are still two different things. Anyways. Both are great. The art is good & the story is entertaining. There's a hint of insanity because it's by Mizushima Setona-sensei. There's also a bit of stalking, blackmail, & raep~ So be warned. Enjoy.
